Dormitory Network Service

All student dormitories are equipped with a complete network infrastructure. The backbone supports up to 1Gbps, providing each resident with a daily data quota of 10G. Traffic and abnormal usage are monitored to ensure fair access for all users.

Dormitory Network Setup Instructions

1. Set your network adapter IP to obtain automatically (DHCP).
2. Disable Proxy settings and set dial-up to "Never dial a connection".
3. Open your browser and log in with your campus account and password.
4. Select to register for “Dormitory Network” or “Wireless Network” and wait for the completion message.
5. Each student can register only one device for wireless and dormitory networks. Restart after successful registration.
6. If you need to install a wireless router, connect it to the dormitory network port (WAN) and register for use.
