To comply with the Computer Software Management Regulations and respect intellectual property rights, the university allocates an annual budget for software licensing, acquiring campus-licensed software for teaching, research, learning, and administrative use.

The university regularly updates and replaces software and hardware in computer classrooms and introduces cloud-based environments to meet teaching requirements.
