  1. Install and maintain hardware and software for administrative offices, laboratories, and public computers.
  2. Provide technical consultation for networking, campus software, and peripheral devices.
  3. Maintain network equipment and dormitory network operations.
  4. Manage and maintain the network management system.
  5. Handle cybersecurity incident reporting to the Taiwan Academic Network (TANet) Incident Response Center.
  6. Assist academic departments with software and hardware acceptance testing.
  7. Maintain campus antivirus software and virus definition updates.
  8. Manage software procurement and maintenance for the campus.
  9. Assist with central control operations during major international conferences.
  10. Support computer-based testing environments for campus-wide skill certification exams.
  11. Serve as a member of the Information Security and Personal Data Protection Audit Subcommittee.
  12. Assist in implementing the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  13. Handle other campus information service tasks as assigned.
