The Office of Information and Library Services (OILS) is responsible for creating a convenient and secure administrative environment, as well as providing diverse and accessible digital content. It plans the overall ICT service framework for the university to support the development and workflow of campus information services. The university's ICT service structure is illustrated in the diagram below. OILS has consistently dedicated itself to campus digitalization. Through the personal campus portal, faculty, staff, and students can access administrative information services anytime and anywhere. The administrative ICT systems are developed and maintained by dedicated personnel and are tailored to each department's administrative workflow. Departments submit system requirements via the electronic form system, allowing timely adjustments and additions to ICT functions to meet their actual needs. With strong university support and the extensive experience of our developers in administrative ICT system implementation, the systems operate increasingly efficiently and effectively.
