Steps to Apply for Information Services

Log in to the Campus Portal
Access the campus portal at https://portal.ydu.edu.tw and log in with your campus account.

Navigate to the "Form Application" Section
Click the "Form Application" option on the right-hand menu, then select "Information Services Application" under the Library & Information category.

Create a New Application
Click the "Create New Application" button to start a new request.

Select the Form Category
Choose the appropriate "Form Category" for your request from the available options.
