Campus Licensed Software

The Information and Library Office centrally procures antivirus and licensed software to ensure campus information security and protect intellectual property rights.

Microsoft Licensed Software List

To ensure campus information security, licenses are currently limited to faculty and staff. Please strictly comply with intellectual property rights regulations:

  • Windows XP installation is no longer provided. Operating systems adopt KMS authentication (Windows Pro Upgrade).
  • Office 2003/2007 use serial number activation; Office 2010 (including Visio 2010) and later versions use KMS authentication.
  • Software borrowing is limited to faculty and staff and must be processed at the Library (1F).
  • After installation, please download the campus license activation script (for on-campus use only). For Windows 7 and above, run as system administrator to complete activation.

Please go to Campus Information Portal > Academic Storage Space to download and install.
