Personnel, General Affairs, and Accounting System
Introduction to School Information Systems
Integrating administrative, accounting, and personnel systems to provide comprehensive campus information management.
The administrative, accounting, and personnel information systems are the cornerstones of campus operations, providing a more efficient work environment for all faculty and staff through an integrated platform.
Administrative Information System
The administrative system is based on the needs of the entire school. It integrates relevant accounting functions to immediately update a department's available budget when a purchase or repair request is submitted, providing a real-time view of budget usage. It includes sub-systems for affairs management, environmental safety, maintenance, procurement, venue and equipment management, consumables, property management, treasury management, tax management, and mail management, all with a simple user interface.
Accounting Information System
The accounting system provides an integrated environment for accounting information applications, including sub-systems for general ledger accounting, budget preparation management, budget and project fund control, student fee management, and petty cash management.
Personnel Information Management System
The personnel system is the foundation of school information, including personnel basic data management, faculty research performance management, evaluation and promotion management, recruitment data management, reward/punishment operations, and various report management.
Features of the Administrative, Accounting, and Personnel Systems
- System Integration: The system is designed from a holistic campus perspective, horizontally integrating different information systems to provide real-time information.
- Workflow Integration: Focusing on business processes, the system integrates different information systems to provide immediate services. The procurement and purchasing workflow, for example, is integrated as shown in the diagram.
