Our school has independently developed the YDU Personal Information Portal project, integrating various school information services onto a single platform, offering the following eight benefits:
Single Sign-On
All school systems use the same set of credentials.
Tiered Authorization
Different system functions and permissions are automatically granted based on identity and title.
Personalized Platform
A personal work platform provides real-time, personalized information, including pending official documents, electronic forms, emails, library resources, and a personal calendar.
Integrated Services
Integrates existing information systems for teachers, advisors, department heads, and students, as well as online application functions for general affairs, accounting, and personnel systems.
Real-time Feedback
Through the integration of the school's database, services are automatically created and updated in real-time when new or updated faculty, staff, or student information is added to the personnel, academic affairs, or continuing education systems.
Workflow Integration
Focusing on business processes, this design integrates different information systems to provide immediate services through online forms and digital approvals.
System Integration
Designed from a holistic school management perspective, the system horizontally integrates various information systems to provide real-time information.
Interface Unification
Integrates information systems for teachers, advisors, students, secretaries, department heads, as well as school administration, digital learning, library resources, digital learning history, and email, and general affairs, accounting, and personnel systems into a single Portal interface.
After logging in, users can access queries for leave applications, grades, rewards/punishments, library information, events, important announcements, and the school calendar.
